The Parent Connection offers FREE parenting classes on Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Anamax Park Recreation Center. Topics covered include learn how to be less angry, how to deal with frustration, how to encourage relationships within your family and much more. These classes will provide you with the techniques needed to cope with anger, problem solve, provide discipline, and other useful techniques.
