The Parks and Recreation Department’s vision is to create community through people, parks and programs. These assets will connect people to places, self and others. We will strive to work with citizens to create a culture which will treasure and care for this legacy, building on the past to provide for future generations. The goal is for us to provide programs and services to preserve and enhance the quality of life for people of all ages and abilities in the Sahuarita Community. We are responsible for operating and maintaining the Town’s park facilities, issuing permits for special events, picnics, and sport fields. We strive to plan a mixed variety of programs, classes, special activities and events.
