Volleyball League Season Recap
The Town of Sahuarita Parks and Recreation Department just ended another exciting season of our Co-Ed Volleyball League.
The Town would like to say congratulations to the Coconut Monkeys for their win against Bumpit to capture the 2010 Co-Ed Volleyball Championship. It was a 3-0 win in a best of 5 series. The Coconut Monkeys definitely know what it takes to be champions as demonstrated by their numerous championship titles. The Town would like to recognize the Coconut Monkey players that led their team to victory: Galovale Galovale, Carlos Suarez (Team Manager), Lopeti Galovale, Sione Galovale, Tina Galovale, Suzette Stotts, and Lorraine Petersen. The Town would also like to recognize Bumpit for their outstanding runner-up season. The players that made Bumpit an awesome contender this year are: Benny Rosario, Curtis Mason, Tiara Matthews, Amber Brigham, Eryn Wuori, Edward Levy, Cindy Levy (Team Manager), and Manny Pawzun.
